OZZI LABS helps US service businesses stop losing customers to missed calls and slow follow-up. We build AI receptionists, automated lead follow-up, CRM systems and booking automation. We're looking for one sharp, reliable caller to start real conversations with business owners and book qualified meetings with our founder.

What you'll do

Call owners and managers of US service businesses from a researched, assigned list
Have natural conversations about how they handle calls, leads and follow-up today
Qualify interest and book meetings directly onto our founder's calendar

Log every call outcome, note and callback in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow up on callbacks and no-shows on time
Send a short end-of-day report and help us improve the script and list

You won't be selling or closing. Our founder runs every sales meeting, demo and close. Your job is the first great conversation.

Compensation

Base pay
$5–$6 / hour

Depending on experience. 20 paid hours per week.

Appointment bonus
$15

For every qualified appointment you book that attends the meeting.

Closed-deal bonus
$50

For every new client closed from an appointment you sourced.

Paid as an independent contractor in USD. Bonuses are reviewed and approved weekly against CRM records. The role starts with a 2-week paid trial.

What we're looking for

Must have

Proven B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
Excellent spoken English that business owners understand easily
Comfort with a CRM and a calling or dialer tool
Reliable for 20 hours/week within US business hours (9am–5pm Central)
Stable internet, a noise-cancelling headset and a quiet workspace

Nice to have

Experience calling home-services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
GoHighLevel experience
Experience explaining software or AI products simply
Track record you can describe with real numbers

How hiring works
